Hi there… I am currently on a HSMP based visa in UK and will be applying for a General Skilled Migrant visa in 2010. What I need to know is that can a traffic conviction of uninsured driving makes me ineligible for to apply? As the form does ask for convictions specifically pointing out traffic convictions.
I have been driving uninsured for some time now. I believe it is illegal to drive without car insurance in California. What will a cop do if I get pulled over and asked to proof of insurance?
