In just a month the uninsured according to Obama has dropped from 47 to 30 million, why do we need reform?

In a few more months there will be no more uninsured. In a matter of just a few months, Obama has admitted last night, that the roles of the uninsured has dropped by 17 million people.
Or is he just making up figures again?
How can you believe someone like this?

Obama makes up a lot of things. The actual number is actually around 14 million. Most of the 30 million choose not to have insurance, but still can afford it.
