Instead of spending so much money to start something new? Since they are going to do something anyway, why not just dump the money into Medicaid since it already exists and expand it to cover the uninsured?

And if Medicaid is low quality care, wouldn’t the new plan be too if they are both from the government?

Please provide a real answer instead of just a wise crack. I asked this before and that’s all I got.

I am curious about why we aren’t just expanding Medicaid. Or are we?
